FAQ/Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING:

  • Most items ship via Ground Advantage USPS. Please reach out about other shipping methods if you cannot get USPS reliably delivered.
  • Items are packed using poly mailers (Shirts), Bubble mailers (Small items) or Boxes (Hats). While mailers are usually new, most packing material is reused. I try to pack it the best I can using reused materials, so not every package will look shiny and perfect. It will still get to you safely!

 

RETURN POLICY:

  • RETURNS: All items are subject to returns 30 days after delivery unless otherwise stated, or in the clearance collection.  Buyers MUST pay for return shipping on items that do not fit or they did not like. I understand sometimes items don't fit as expected! PLEASE consult the size guides for shirts before you purchase.
  • EXCHANGES: Most items are subject to exchange if I have the size. Buyers must pay both the return and exchanged shipping.
  • Items listed in the clearance section of my shop or state they are clearance are not subject to returns, but feel free to reach out and I can see what I can do.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. What Sizes do your items go up to?
    1. For button-ups, they are a Unisex european sizing S - 3X. This means they typically are SMALLER than you expect. (Unless you are small/medium they fit alright) Areas in the shoulders are typically a point of interest. Each listing has a size chart, but I always recommend going a size up. 
    2. For tanktops, they are Unisex US sizing unless stated otherwise. Typical of tanktops, most run a little long at the waist for a good loose fit. If purchasing both types of shirts, you may not fit the same! Please consult those darn size charts.
    3. SOCKS: Most socks come in a Womens medium sizing (5-8).  I intend on making L size my default in the future.
  2. Keycaps: Where can I use them?
    1. You can use keycaps on your mechanical keyboard! The color of your switches do not matter (blue/red/etc), they should fit a standard sized keyboard. 
    2. If you have a standard logitech keyboard or use a laptop, these keys will not work for you. Consider getting one of my 4pc fidget clickers and have it at your desk!
